The goal of TAG is to hold phone conversations when it is convenient to both sides of the conversation.

Central to this is sending and receiving a request to chat called a "TAG". TAGs can have subjects, estimated durations, and expiry dates so as to provide the receiver of the TAG more information about the desired conversation.

If you are free to hold a conversation, the app allows you to declare yourself "Available". You can do this for all your agreed TAGs, or for only a subset of TAGs. You can customize how long you are availabe for each TAG, and the counter party on each TAG will receive a notification telling them you are available to chat.
